Guy Kihn, Professional Real Estate Inspector

Experience. Professional. Trust.

About Us

As a general contractor in the State of Wyoming for over 30 years I have gained invaluable experiences, and was encouraged by family and real estate agents to become a home inspector. I value good workmanship, and as a Professional Real Estate Inspector I will use my experience to ensure your home inspection meets ICA and ASHI standards.

When you are purchasing or selling your home you want to ensure it is safe. The details of a home inspection can be overwhelming; with Kihn Home Inspections I encourage you to join me during the inspection process. After the home inspection I email a complete and professional Home Inspection report, detailed with pictures, directly to the customer.

As a certified Professional Real Estate Inspector I will work directly with you to ensure the home you are selling or buying meets the Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards. If my customers have any questions or concerns about their home I encourage them to ask me to ensure they are comfortable with the process.

Our Services

Home Inspection

What is a home inspection?

  • An in-field evaluation and professional opinion of the performance of the readily accessible installed systems in a home at the time of the inspection
  • Primarily a professional visual examination
  • Intended to identify components that are significantly deficient, unsafe or near the end of their life
  • Documented with a professional written report

Radon Testing - Coming soon!

Why a radon test?

  • Radon is a cancer‑causing, radioactive gas. You cannot see, smell, or taste radon, but it still may be a problem in your home. When you breathe air containing radon you increase your risk of getting lung cancer. In fact, the Surgeon General of the United States has warned that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States today. If you smoke and your home has high radon levels, your risk of lung cancer is especially high.
